Stakeholders, please be aware that we have added this new link to our district Web site labeled “CCSS” (Common Core State Standards). Please visit this page frequently to learn about the new national standards and assessment system soon to be implemented.

 

Under the “CCSS” link, you will find a message from the superintendent and a link to to the Arkansas Department of Education's webiste.  The Department of Education has more information on Common Core and a helpful video, which includes some information and guidance from Dr. Tom Kimbrell, Commissioner of the Arkansas Department of Education, and Governor Mike Beebe.
