Mrs. Holly Dewey

Hi, my name is Holly Dewey.  I am so excited to be your child's librarian here at the Lonoke Primary School.  I get to see each kindergarten, first, and second grade class once a week for library skills.  The 2nd grade students see me a lot more due to Accelerated Reading (AR).  I'll explain that on another page.

Let me tell you a little bit about me.  The picture shows my family on our last vacation.  My husband, Tim, and I have been married 23 years.  Our son, Grant, is 21 and a junior at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.  Our daughter, Haven, is 16 and a junior here in Lonoke.  I have been teaching for 24 years all right here at Lonoke.  I'm proud of that fact!  I graduated from Lonoke in 1989.  I enjoy working with friends children and now children of students that I've taught.  I love Lonoke and enjoy reading and working in the library with all of these beginning Jackrabbits!

You may hear your children tell you stories of Boudreaux and Bella.  These are our two spoiled dogs.  Boudreaux is a 3year old English Bulldog and Bella is a 7 year old Boston Terrier.
