Hello! Welcome to the Lonoke Primary School Library.
My name is Brandi Cordell and I am SO excited to be right here at my Alma Mater teaching the precious children of Lonoke to love reading and technology.
I received my undergrad degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Central Arkansas, my first Master's Degree from ASTATE in Educational Theory and Practice, and I am very close to obtaining my Specialist degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Library Media.
I have been in education for 10 years. I have taught in grades 1st - 4th. Part of my early career was spent in Beebe at Beebe Elementary School, and the past 6 years have been in Lonoke. I am a Lonoke girl born and raised so that's why raising my two children (Mason,7 and Ella,5) here was so important to me. My husband is also a Lonoke graduate. He works for Union Pacific Railroad and is a big lover of reading, like myself.
I love working with the students at LPS as the Media Specialist and with our parent organization "PALS" as well.
