Pre-K ABC Class Registration (40 Spots)
Pre-K registration is first-come, first-served based on the number of available spots in our program. For your application to be considered complete, you must have all documentation COMPLETED and TURNED IN.
We understand some students may not have shots or physicals due to summer birthdays. You will have 2 weeks from the birth date to turn in this paperwork. All other paperwork must be completed at the time of registration to be placed on our registration list.

WHAT TO BRING TO REGISTRATION
1. Copies of one of the following:
- W-2's from 2022
- Paystubs for the previous 4 months for all household income
- Tax Return from 2022
2. Child's Birth Certificate
3. Child's Social Security Card
4. Well-Child Physical
5. Child's Shot Record
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
Step 1: Verify income eligibility for ABC Program using the following chart (up to 200%):
Step 2: Complete the ABC Class Registration Packet. The packet will be available in the Lonoke Primary School office Monday, April 3, 2023. Packets may not be returned until the registration event in the LPS Safe Room on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 4:00-6:30 p.m.
Handbook forms will be available in July
Step 4: Complete online registration at Pre-K Registration Event. Links become active Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 4 p.m.
